Account Locked?

At Alekhyam, we prioritize providing a secure and respectful learning environment for all our users. To maintain this standard, there are instances where we may need to temporarily lock a user's account. This action is typically taken due to reasons such as:

  • Violation of our community guidelines or terms of service.
  • Unresolved payment issues or unpaid subscriptions.
  • Suspicious activity detected on the account.

What Happens When Your Account Is Locked:

If your account is locked, you will be unable to log in and will receive the following message upon attempting to access your account:

"Your account is currently locked. Please contact the administrator to regain access."

Please note that during this period:

  • The 'Forgot Password' feature will not unlock your account.
  • Any links provided in email notifications for course content, webinars, or live events will be disabled to prevent further login attempts.

How to Unlock Your Account:

To resolve the issue and regain access:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at [email protected] to inquire about the reason for the account lock and the steps needed to unlock it.
  2. Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may require certain actions from you, such as settling outstanding payments or agreeing to adhere to our community guidelines.
  3. Unlocking: Once the necessary steps are completed, we will unlock your account, and you will be able to log in and resume your learning activities.

Important Considerations:

  • Content Access: Locking an account does not impact content expiry. Once your account is unlocked, you will be able to access the content as per the course expiry guidelines set up.
  • Prevention: To avoid account locking, ensure timely payments and adherence to our community guidelines.

We are committed to supporting your learning journey and are here to assist you in resolving any issues promptly.
