Sometimes important emails get misdirected into the Spam or Junk folders. Follow the instructions below for your email provider to ensure that emails from [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] always land in your Inbox.
For Gmail Users
1. Add Emails to Your Contacts
Via Web (Google Contacts):
- Go to Google Contacts.
- Click Create contact.
- Add the following email addresses:
- Click Save.
From an Email:
- Open Gmail.
- Find an email from any of these addresses.
- Hover over the sender’s name and click Add to Contacts.
2. Mark as “Not Spam” (If Needed)
- Go to the Spam folder.
- Open any email from [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].
- Click “Not spam” to move it back to your Inbox.
3. Create a Filter (Highly Recommended)
- Open Gmail and click the search bar’s dropdown arrow.
- In the From field, enter:
[email protected] OR [email protected] OR [email protected]
- Click Create filter.
- Check “Never send it to Spam” and “Always mark it as important”.
- Click Create filter to save.
For Yahoo Mail Users
1. Add to Contacts
- Open an email from [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].
- Click on the sender’s name or email address.
- Select “Add to contacts” and save.
2. Mark as “Not Spam” (If Needed)
- Go to the Spam folder.
- Open an email from one of our addresses.
- Click “Not Spam”.
3. Create a Filter
- Click on the Settings (gear icon) → More Settings.
- Go to Filters → Add new filter.
- Name the filter and set the rule:
- From contains:
kalaras.in
ORalekhyam.com
ORtamboora.in
- From contains:
- Choose Move to Inbox and save.
For Outlook (Web & Desktop)
1. Add to Safe Senders List
Outlook Web:
- Open an email from any of our addresses.
- Click the sender’s name → Add to contacts.
Outlook Desktop:
- Open the email.
- Right-click the sender’s name → Add to Outlook Contacts → Save.
2. Mark as “Not Junk”
- Open the Junk folder.
- Right-click an email from our addresses.
- Select Mark as not junk.
3. Create a Rule (Recommended)
Outlook Web:
- Click Settings → View all Outlook settings.
- Select Mail → Rules → Add new rule.
- Set the condition: From contains
kalaras.in, alekhyam.com, tamboora.in
. - Choose Always move to Inbox → Save.
Outlook Desktop:
- Go to File → Manage Rules & Alerts.
- Create a rule to keep emails from our domains in the Inbox.
For AOL Mail Users
1. Add to Contacts
- Open an email from [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].
- Click on the sender’s name → Add to Address Book.
2. Mark as “Not Spam”
- Open the Spam folder.
- Click “Not Spam” to move emails back to the Inbox.
3. Create a Filter
- Go to Settings → Mail Settings → Filters.
- Create a new filter to move emails from our addresses to the Inbox.
For Other Email Providers
Add our emails to your Contact List:
- Most email providers prioritize messages from saved contacts.
Mark as “Not Spam” if misfiled:
- If you find our emails in Spam, move them to Inbox and mark them as “Not Spam.”
Whitelist or Safe Senders List:
- Look for an option like Safe Senders, Whitelist, or Approved Senders, and add:
[email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

Create Filters or Rules (if available):
- Set up a rule to always move emails from our addresses to the Inbox.
By following these steps, you can ensure that important emails from Kalaras, Alekhyam, and Tamboora will always reach your Inbox, avoiding Spam or Junk folders.
