Understanding the Q&A Process During Zoom Webinars

Why Questions Are Answered at Specific Times

During our Zoom webinars, we follow a structured approach to answering questions. This is a globally recognized and tested practice used in educational and professional workshops to ensure an optimal learning experience for all participants.

? We answer questions at two key points:
1️⃣ At the beginning – To address initial queries related to the workshop and its structure.
2️⃣ At the end – To clear doubts and provide additional clarifications after participants have engaged with the content.

This approach prevents distractions for those who are fully focused, following along, and drawing during the session. It ensures that most questions are naturally addressed as the session progresses.

What Happens to Unanswered Questions?

If a question is missed during the session, we review the chat and Q&A section afterward and respond:
Individually or collectively via WhatsApp or other support channels.
✅ In some cases, we may also share additional resources to help clarify doubts.

Regarding Complaints & Repeated Messages

If you have a concern or complaint, you are welcome to share it in the chat once so that others can validate it with you. However, repeating the same message multiple times:
? Spams the chat.
? Creates unnecessary confusion.
? Delays responses as we try to filter through duplicate messages.

We truly value your participation and patience, and we assure you that we are committed to addressing every question and concern as efficiently as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and for being part of this creative journey with us! ?✨
